HBO Max activation help
Use this page when you need help starting or completing HBO Max activation through Logic.
Before you sign in
- Use your Logic TV Everywhere username and password.
- Your Logic account must include HBO Max access.
- If you need to register, retrieve your username, or change your TV Everywhere password, use the Logic TV Everywhere portal. New TV Everywhere registration starts with your Logic billing email address.
What happens after sign in
After Logic confirms your HBO Max entitlement, you will be redirected to HBO Max to finish registration or link an existing HBO Max account to your Logic TV's HBO Max entitlement.
The activation link is short-lived. If it expires, return to the Logic HBO Max sign-in page and start again.
During the HBO Max activation process, you can choose to use a different email address and password. At a minimum, we recommend using a different password. Once activated, your HBO Max and TV Everywhere credentials are different and independent, even if you used the same username and password during activation. Going forward, please contact HBO Max support directly for help with HBO Max credentials.
